Age

All drivers must be between 21-70 years old and in possession of a full driving licence. British licences must be held for a minimum of 1 year, overseas licences for a minimum of 2 years.

  Documentation

• Driving licence for all drivers (photo card and counterpart)
• valid full passport
• Two proofs of address (e.g. council tax bill, gas or electricity bill, water bill, mortgage statement)
• Credit/Debit card for deposit

  Deposit

A deposit of £500.00 is required on commencement of hire. This is required as the insurance excess. Hirer is responsible for the first £750.00 of damages to hired vehicle and/or third party vehicle.

  Payment

Hire charges and deposit are required in full before commencement of hire.
Reservations: for pre-paid bookings 12 hours notice of cancellation must be given otherwise fees will be forfeited.

  Weekend Hire

Weekend Hire runs from 4pm Friday until 9am Monday.

  Weekday Collection Times

Vans and cars are to be collected after 08:30 and are due for return before 09:00 on the day of return.

  Inclusive

Unlimited Mileage, Breakdown & Recovery, Insurance.

  Fuel (diesel)

Vehicles will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Used fuel will be charged at current forecourt prices on return.

  Limitations

Only the hirer and named drivers are permitted to drive the vehicle. The hired vehicle must not be taken outside the UK mainland, unless arrangements are made with the company.

  General Information

All rentals are subject to vat and subject to terms and conditions printed on the agreement.
